Inclusion Criteria

First pregnancy and term
Having a breast fissures and scoring at least 3 on the Storr scale
be Iranian
At least be able to read and write.
singleton pregnancy
Exclusive breastfeeding
The mother is not addicted to smoking or drugs
The mother does not have a history of known chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, weakening the immune system, etc
Do not have a history of allergy to drugs of animal origin.
The mother's absence of nipple abnormalities or previous nipple or areola surgeries
Mother's absence of diseases and mental disorders

Exclusion Criteria

Puerperal fever or breast infection
Infant oral infection
Short frenulum of the baby's tongue
Possible allergy to ostrich oil cream
The mother's use of other treatments
Not using ostrich oil for a day or more
Not using breast milk for a day or more
Using a bottle, breast pump or breast connector during the study
Unwillingness to continue participating in the study
