- •1.Age >18years
- •2. The presence of new-onset abnormal involuntary movements such as parkinsonism, tremor, dystonia, and tardive dyskinesia (TD),
- •3.A clear temporal relationship between medication initiation and symptom onset: Acute - within minutes-days of exposure (Ayd, 1961; Garver et al,1976), Tardive - exposure within 6 months to onset of symptoms (Fahn,1989)

- •1.History of extrapyramidal disorders before the use of offending drug
- •2.Patients/ attendants refusing consent
