Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age \>18years
  • •2\. The presence of new\-onset abnormal involuntary movements such as parkinsonism, tremor, dystonia, and tardive dyskinesia (TD),
  • •3\.A clear temporal relationship between medication initiation and symptom onset: Acute \- within minutes\-days of exposure (Ayd, 1961; Garver et al,1976\), Tardive \- exposure within 6 months to onset of symptoms (Fahn,1989\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of extrapyramidal disorders before the use of offending drug
  • •2\.Patients/ attendants refusing consent
