Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age group more and equal to 60
  • •2\.MMSE more than and equal to 24/30
  • •3\.Capable of independent walking and transfers

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Impaired Cognition
  • •2\.History of ankle and foot pathologies such as ankle instability, foot deformities and previous surgeries.
  • •3\.History of recent surgeries of neck, neck pain, torticollis
  • •4\.Neurological deficits such as stroke, radiculopathy, peripheral nerve injuries.
  • •5\.History of vestibular disorders such as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
  • •6\.History of recent upper limb fracture and surgeries.
  • •7\.Diagnosed diabetic neuropathy.
  • •8\.Visual deficits.
