Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age group more and equal to 60
- •2\.MMSE more than and equal to 24/30
- •3\.Capable of independent walking and transfers
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Impaired Cognition
- •2\.History of ankle and foot pathologies such as ankle instability, foot deformities and previous surgeries.
- •3\.History of recent surgeries of neck, neck pain, torticollis
- •4\.Neurological deficits such as stroke, radiculopathy, peripheral nerve injuries.
- •5\.History of vestibular disorders such as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
- •6\.History of recent upper limb fracture and surgeries.
- •7\.Diagnosed diabetic neuropathy.
- •8\.Visual deficits.
