Inclusion Criteria
1.ACL injury while playing sport
2.Age between 18-40 years of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
1.Previously operated upon the same knee
2.Previously infective pathology in a same knee
3.No associated injury or surgery to posterior cruciate ligament
4.Skeletally immature
5.Mode of injury is other than sports activity
6.Patient not willing to participate in study.

Name Time Method To compare the functional and radiological outcome of ACL reconstruction surgery with BPTB graft vs. STG graft with preserved insertion.Timepoint: 1 year and 6 months
