The study is for scientifically assessing the effectiveness of homoeopathic
medicine in improving the quality of life in hypertensive patients aged 35–75 years
using the validated MINICHAL scale as hypertension is a widespread chronic
condition with both physiological and psychological impacts there is a need for
holistic approaches to improve patient outcomes beyond mere blood pressure control
it includes 96 patients chosen who are suffering from primary hypertension

入选标准
- •Patients aged 35–75 years
- •Diagnosed with primary hypertension without gross pathological complications
- •Willing to give informed consent
- •Both sexes and all socio-economic backgrounds.
排除标准
- •Secondary hypertension or severe complications (e.g., chronic kidney disease, heart failure)
- •Patients requiring emergency treatment
- •Patients with fewer than one follow-up visit
- •Psychiatric illness interfering with assessment.

Change in Quality of Life in hypertensive patients measured by MINICHAL Scale Psychological and Somatic domains
时间窗: MINICHAL scores will be assessed at baseline, at 4 weeks, at 8 weeks, and at 12 weeks (end of follow-up)
次要结局
- Change in systolic & diastolic blood pressure from baseline to follow-up.(BP will be assessed at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, & 12 weeks)
