- •Targeted participants of the study will be community health workers (CHWs), specifically Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA)
- •The inclusion criteria for our study is as follows:
- •1. Community health workers (CHWs) who are enrolled in the ECHO CHW training program.
- •2. CHWs who are planning to continue working as ASHA for the next 10 months.
- •3. CHWs whose contact details (mobile number) are available.
- •4. CHWs who will provide consent to participate in the study.
