Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \> 18 years old
- •2\. Patients diagnosed with systemic sclerosis using ACR/EULAR criteria under the care of the scleroderma clinic, Srinagarind hospital.
- •3\. Had HRCT within 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Overlap with other connective tissue diseases.
- •2\. Previous diagnosis as COPD or Asthma
- •3\. Bedridden
- •4\. NYHA class IV
