入选标准
- •1.All patients who have sustained abdominal trauma and have underwent operative intervention within 24 hours of injury
- •2.Hemodynamically stable patients
排除标准
- •1.Patients with age <13 years and >65 years
- •2.Patients with associated severe injuries such as open fractures , crushed/mangled extremities, vascular injuries, severe head injury or any other that requires prolonged antibiotic administration
- •3.Patients with co-morbidities like Hypertension, Diabetes, CKD, CLD, Immunocompromised state and coagulopathic disorders
