1. Age >= 20 years old
2. The patients will require to have all of the following two physical findings:
2.1 Radial styloid tenderness
2.2 Pain at the radial wrist with resisted extension or abduction of the thumb
2.3 Positive Finkelstein’s test or WHAT test.
1 Patients who allergy to NSAIDs or same group of ketorolac (e.g. diclofenac)
2 History of severe complication from corticosteroid injection or ketololac injection including anaphylaxis
3 Prior treatment in the last six months with steroid injection and/or surgery at the same anatomical location.
4 Possible traumatic or neoplastic origin of symptoms
5 Patient had inflammatory joint disease at the affected wrist.
6 Inability to fill in follow-up forms or absence of self determination in the participant patient.
7 Patients with pre-existing condition with high risk of drug AE
(e.g. ketorolac related to platelet dysfunction)
8 Patient who participate another research in the same time of this project

Name Time Method Treatment successfull at the 6 weeks post injection all three physical signs will completely resolve resolve and the patient has at least 90% improvemen
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain score before injection date and at the 6 weeks post injection a visual numerical rating scale, with 0 indicating no pain and 10 indicating extremely intense pain
