Inclusion Criteria
All patients presenting with upper limb Areterio venous fistula / Arterioveous graft stenosis and undergoing angioplasty or surgery for correction of stenosis will be included in this study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients unwilling or having allergy to methotrexate will be excluded from the study. Patients with underlying myelo-suppression or deranged Liver function would be excluded
Patients not having adequate result following angioplasty or surgery will also be excluded.

Name Time Method Patency , diameter , flow rates would be assessed at presentation , at interval of 2 weeks till 6 months and if possible at eight months and twelve monthsTimepoint: At presentation and then at two weeks interval till 6 months and if possible at eight months and 12 months
