入选标准
- •? A patient diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma of T1aN0M0 (size 4 cm or less) by imaging examination.
- •? Patients who are difficult to apply surgical treatment due to one of the following conditions.
- •? Elderly patients aged 75 years or older
- •? Those with ECOG behavior level 2 or higher
- •? Those with a Charlson comorbidity index of 3 or higher.
- •? Those who refused surgical treatment.
- •? Those who agreed to the clinical trial
- •? Those who have not received systemic treatment for renal cell carcinoma
排除标准
- •? Those who did not consent to the clinical trial.
- •? Those who have not performed the imaging test.
- •? Those with clinical stage T1b or higher.
- •? Those who have lymph nodes (N1) or distant metastases (M1) on imaging tests.
- •? Those who have undergone systemic treatment for renal cell carcinoma.
