Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •. Recreationally active badminton players (Recreationally active
- •defined as doing physical activity, including running a minimum
- •of 3 times a week for at least 30 min ?)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. No history of injury to the knee, back, hips or ankles in the 3
- •months prior to testing.
- •2\. No history of lower extremity surgery in the past 1 year.
- •3\. No complain of low back, knee and ankle pain.
- •4\. Participants having FPPA less than 180 degree will be excluded.
