1. Confirmed cases of influenza;
2. Patients aged >= 15 years and <= 85 years;
3. Patients whose course of disease is less than or equal to 36 hours;
4. Patients with body temperature >= 37.5 degrees C;
5. Patients who can accept examination, treatment and follow-up, and agree to sign informed consent.
1. Pregnant women or puerperal women;
2. Patients with mental illness or others who are unable or unwilling to cooperate;
3. Those who have been participating in similar clinical trials in the past one month;
4. Patients with human acquired immunodeficiency syndrome;
5. Patients with influenza have been treated with antiviral drugs.
