Inclusion Criteria

Women in reproductive age with regular menstrual period and serum FSH < 10 mIU/mL
Women with natural menopause, amenorrhea at least 12 months and FSH > 25 mIU/mL. Year since menopause 1-10 years
Women with both ovaries are removed
willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

History of cancer
Use menopausal hormone therapy or hormonal contraception in past 6 months
History of DM, Hypertension, osteoporosis or autoimmune diseases
Smoker
History of chemotherapy or radiation
