- •Physical inactivity defined by not meeting the endurance-based aspect of the national physical activity recommendations. (In Austria, currently 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity OR 75 minutes per week of higher intensity OR equivalent combination).
- •- medical clearance to participate in the study determined by medical expertise in the cae group; in the control group, determined by querying the presence of absolute or relative contraindicators to physical activity
