Physical inactivity defined by not meeting the endurance-based aspect of the national physical activity recommendations. (In Austria, currently 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity OR 75 minutes per week of higher intensity OR equivalent combination).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Physical literacy ist measured at baseline and at the end of the intervention phase (15 weeks, post) as well as 3 months after the start of the intervention (follow-up) in both groups (case group/control group) using a questionnaire. The questionnaire (80 items) for the assessment of physical literacy was newly designed, whereby constructs (subscales) from valid and reliable questionnaires for the individual subcomponents of physical literacy were included in the design. <br>
