Having heel pain in the proximal attachment of plantar fascia at medial tubercle of calcaneus
Sharp pain or deep dull pain feeling,
First-step pain in the morning after getting from the bed or during the day after prolong sitting
Pain during the day after prolong walking or standing
Pain during barefoot walking and going upstairs
pain duration at least 4 weeks
agree to participate in the study
BMI more than 30 kg/m2,
pain scale which is assessed by visual analog scale less than 2,
Having history of foot and ankle operation,
History of lower limb fracture,
Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, pregnancy, infection disorder, diabetes mellitus with foot numbness, bone tumor and cancer
