Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Having heel pain in the proximal attachment of plantar fascia at medial tubercle of calcaneus
- •Sharp pain or deep dull pain feeling,
- •First\-step pain in the morning after getting from the bed or during the day after prolong sitting
- •Pain during the day after prolong walking or standing
- •Pain during barefoot walking and going upstairs
- •pain duration at least 4 weeks
- •agree to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •BMI more than 30 kg/m2,
- •pain scale which is assessed by visual analog scale less than 2,
- •Having history of foot and ankle operation,
- •History of lower limb fracture,
- •Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, pregnancy, infection disorder, diabetes mellitus with foot numbness, bone tumor and cancer
