Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who fulfil the inclusion criteria of ICD-10 for Anxiety
2.Diagnosed and clinically stable patients of mild to moderate anxiety disorder by HAM-A scale
3.Willing to take Nutool therapy with Roghan-e-Kadu in experimental group
4.Willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with known psychiatric co-morbidity
2.Patients with dependent substance abuse
3.Pregnancy and lactation
4.Patients with known skin disorder
5.Major medical illness under treatment
6.Participation in another study or previous participation in similar study
