1.19 to 75 years
2. patients diagnosed as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
3.ALT or ALT 40 or higher
4.Patients with hyperlipidemia requiring statin therapy
1.Younger than 19, or older than 75
2.Patients with diabetes or HbA1c > 6.5
3.If triglycerides are over 500 mg / dL
4.decompensated liver cirrhosis
5.Significant alcohol intake
6.Medications that can cause fatty liver
7.hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
8.hepatocellular carcinoma
9.decreased kidney function (GFR < 60)
10.history of ketoacidosis
11.pregnancy or lactation
12.Patients who did not agree with the study
