Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •In general, people of all genders (men/women/divers) and ethnic backgrounds who are at least 18 years old can participate in the study.
- •Participants belong to the following target groups of the qualitative process evaluation: Health care providers in STATAMED facilities and care providers at the respective evaluation location, e.g. medical and nursing staff in STATAMED, patient guides, general practitioners, emergency services, care facilities, outpatient care services; patients and relatives in STATAMED; population at the evaluation locations
- •After receiving comprehensive verbal and written information about the type, content and purpose of the study, participants will sign a written consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cognitive impairments such as dementia; insufficient cognitive/language skills for interview
