入选标准
- •1.Patients aged between 18 â?? 80 years undergoing elective cases of hip fracture surgeries like intertrochanteric, subtrochanteric , total hip replacement and hip arthroplasties.
- •2.Patients willing to give written informed consent[annexure 1(a)]
- •3.Patients belonging to ASA I and II[annexure 3(a)]
排除标准
- •1.Patients with coagulopathy
- •2.Patients with infection at the injection site
- •3.Patients with allergy to local anesthetics
- •4.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease (>=ASA IV)
- •5.Patients who are diabetic or other neuropathies
- •6.Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
- •7.Patients with contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •8.Patients who are unable to comprehend visual analog scale (VAS)
