1.Patient presenting with complaint of sign â?? symptoms & crieteria of GAD with duration for atleast 6 months or more about a number of events or activities [ such as work ,school performance or regarding day to day activities ]
2.The person finds it difficult to control the worry
3.Patient of either sex in the age group between 18 â?? 60 years
4.Due to anxiety , worry or physical symptoms there is significant distress or impairment in social, occupational or other important areas or field work of functioning
5.There should not be direct relationship to any substance or mood disorder such as disturbance is not due to the direct physiological effects of substance [ drug abuse , medication] or medical condition [hyperthyroidism ] or any mood or psychiatric disorder
6. Patients of Low socio-economic group may be included
1.Patient above 60 years.
2.Patients with severe psychic disease.
3.Patient with , Stroke, Hemorrhagic disorders, Epilepsy , delusions ,hallucinations
4.Patient with alcohol dependency or drug dependency will be excluded from study.
5. Patient with hearing disorder such as hearing loss , tinnitus or auditory symptoms that interfaring daily activities
