Singleton pregnancy
Age > 18 years old
No chronic disease
no probiotic supplements or probiotic foods used before study
no fetal anomaly
Patients agree to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
Use antibiotics during research
There are side effects of probiotic drug use
