Inclusion Criteria

1) Newly admitted Ist year students to B. A. M. S. course

2) Either Sex

Exclusion Criteria

1) Participants contra-indicated for Shiroabhyanga such as Ajeerna, Nava Jwara, etc.

2) Participants on anti-depressants, anxiolytic medications, or sedatives, etc. i.e., those

suffering from severe Mental illness.

3) Participants of head trauma.

4) Participants suffering from any systemic or metabolic disorders.

5) Participants undergoing detox treatment for addiction.

6) Participants showing symptoms of Samaavastha such as Gaurava, Aalasya, etc.

Participants practicing Shiroabhyanga with Brahmi Taila are expected to show <br/ ><br>1. Lower levels of ISMA score meaning they are least likely to suffer from stress-related <br/ ><br>illness. <br/ ><br>2. Lower HAM-A score, indicating lesser severity of anxiety. <br/ ><br>3. Lower PSQI score, which can be interpreted as overall improved sleep quality.Timepoint: Baseline, 7th, 14th & 21st day. and Post up follow up on 30th day.
