1) Thai women with overweight or obese women with a BMI less or equal to 23 kg/m2, 2) waist less or equal to 80 cm, 3) age between 30 to 59 years old, 4) total cholesterol level less than 200 mg/dL or LDL-C level less than 130 mg/dL, and 5) can take food photos and use the LINE application to send the information. All participants were invited to collect blood sample to analyse the level of lipid profiles that passed the criteria.
1) had a history of metabolic syndrome, hepatic, renal, autoimmune, gastrointestinal, or neurological disease; 2) current or recent consumed supplements, OTC (over-the-counter) products, and/or pharmaceutical agents that might influence the outcome of this study (Orlistat); 3) current or recent having a history of eating disorders, bipolar disorder, or severe depression; 4) pregnant or lactating woman; 5) allergies or intolerance to crustaceans and/or seafood products; 6) vegetarian; 7) COVID-19 patient; 8) recovered from COVID-19 less than 3 months; and 9) individuals judged to be unlikely to comply with study treatment and follow-up procedures.
