Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients over 20 years
  • 2\. CKD patients
  • 3\. Patients who have undergone total hip arthoplasty
  • 4\. Patients who have obtained the consent for this study by signing the consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. CKD patients undergoing dialysis or kidney transplantation
  • 2\. Patients using immunosuppressants and RAS inhibitors that affect renal damage and renal RAS activity.
  • 3\. Patients whose exercise is prohibited due to heart or brain disease
