入选标准
- •-Healthy children
- •-No history of allergic to fluoride and silver
- •-Presence full posterior contact at least one quadrant.
- •-Presence at least one initial proximal caries lesion which is detected by bitewing radiograph examination and is categorized to scored 1 - 3 according to ICCMSTM radiographic score (radiolucency in outer half of enamel to outer half of dentin).
排除标准
- •-Uncooperative children who cannot take bitewing radiograph and tolerance to dental procedure.
- •-Children are received professional fluoride use within 6 months.
- •-Posterior teeth with enamel or dentine defects such as enamel hypoplasia, and amelogenesis imperfecta.
