Inclusion Criteria

-Healthy children
-No history of allergic to fluoride and silver
-Presence full posterior contact at least one quadrant.
-Presence at least one initial proximal caries lesion which is detected by bitewing radiograph examination and is categorized to scored 1 - 3 according to ICCMSTM radiographic score (radiolucency in outer half of enamel to outer half of dentin).

Exclusion Criteria

-Uncooperative children who cannot take bitewing radiograph and tolerance to dental procedure.
-Children are received professional fluoride use within 6 months.
-Posterior teeth with enamel or dentine defects such as enamel hypoplasia, and amelogenesis imperfecta.
