Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 20 and 60 years old are candidates for maxillary premolar tooth extraction
Diabetic patients with controlled disease with HbA1c less than 7%
Patients should not use any other medicine other than hypoglycemic medicine
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with high stress levels
root of the tooth fracture during work
patients who do not want to participate in the study
