- •Patients admitted to hospital; stay in hospital for at least 24 hours; children who are from 0 days to 12 years of age and that the caregiver or guardian signs the Informed Consent Form or the Informed Assent Term
排除标准
- •Readmitted patients; those who do not consent to participate; those who are discharged within 24 hours of admission; when counseling is not possible, as stated by the care or patient due to physical or mental restrictions, severity of illness or language restrictions
