Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All age and gender patients who are diagnosed with epilepsy.
- •2\. Patients with epilepsy are examined by diagnostics protocol (seizure semiology, clinical investigation \& EEG findings).
- •3\. The AEDs must be selected based on the seizure and epilepsy types, the epilepsy syndrome, and the adverse effects associated with the drug (ILAE 2017\).
- •4\. Patients who are diagnosed with refractory epilepsy as a case, with diagnostic protocol.
- •5\. Patients who are confirmed with drug\-responsive epilepsy as control.
