Patients requiring bilateral mandibular posterior teeth extractions by transalveolar method including impacted mandibular molars (Pedersons Difficulty Index 3-5) as seen on the preoperative radiograph (OPG).
(b) Age Group: 18-40 years without significant medical history or bleeding disorders
Patients in whom the respective nerve block was ineffective
(b) Patients with a relevant medical history
(c) Patients allergic to the drug used as local anesthetic.
(d) Patients who did not follow up regularly
(e) Patients who did not return the questionnaire
(f) Patients with history of substance abuse or who have consume analgesics 6 hours prior to the procedure done
