Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \> 18 years
- •2\.Diagnosis of gout by American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1977
- •3\.Receiving allopurinol \> 1 month
- •4\.Serum uric acid \> 6 mg/dL
- •5\.Estimated glomerular filtration rate \> 30 mL/min/1\.73m2
- •6\.Able to read cell phone message
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Unable to read Thai language
- •2\.Receiving allopurinol treatment for other condition
