Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient with symptomatic and asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis and pulpal necrosis of teeth with or without apical periodontitis
2. Patient willing for voluntary participation and have signed the informed consent
3. Patient with good oral hygiene
Exclusion Criteria
1.Calcified root canals
2.Open apices
3.Patients allergic to local anaesthesia
4.Medically compromised patients
5.Pregnant patient
