1.All those cases between the age of 18 to 70 years operated for elective Whipple�s pancreaticoduodenectomy from January 2020 to March 2022 in the department of surgical gastroenterology at Osmania general hospital
2.All patients who underwent Neo Adjuvant chemotherapyPrior to surgery
1.This study excluded patients who refused randomization
2.Those requiring vascular resection and reconstruction of vein and artery multi visceral resection
3Severe comorbidity, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , liver cirrhosis
