- •1.All those cases between the age of 18 to 70 years operated for elective Whippleââ?¬?s pancreaticoduodenectomy from January 2020 to March 2022 in the department of surgical gastroenterology at Osmania general hospital
- •2.All patients who underwent Neo Adjuvant chemotherapyPrior to surgery

- •1.This study excluded patients who refused randomization
- •2.Those requiring vascular resection and reconstruction of vein and artery multi visceral resection
- •3Severe comorbidity, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , liver cirrhosis
