入选标准
- •Patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for pneumothorax or biopsy
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Classification (ASA) grades 1-3,
- •Patients who underwent wedge resection of the lungs,
- •A person who has applied for patient controlled analgesia
排除标准
- •Patients with grade 4 or higher in American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Classification (ASA) grades
- •Patients with chronic pain syndrome,
- •Patients with a history of drug dependence,
- •Patients those who can not communicate with researchers,
- •Patients who have received anticoagulants or bleeding disorder.
- •Patietnts exceeding BMI score 35,
- •Patients who did not apply for PCA
- •Those who refuse nerve block
