入选标准
- •Patient aged 18 years and above presenting to the Emergency department who are to receive intramuscular injection Td 0.5ml over the deltoid region.
排除标准
- •Cognitive impairment
- •Hearing, vision loss or sensory motor loss
- •Patient with peripheral nerve injuries
- •Patients on analgesics or sedatives with central and peripheral effects
- •Patients with multiple injuries/ severe trauma.
- •Patients experiencing alterations in consciousness
- •Patients with infection or injury at the site of injection
- •Patients who received a previous intramuscular injection within the last 24 hours
- •Patient who declined to give consent for th
