Patient aged 18 years and above presenting to the Emergency department who are to receive intramuscular injection Td 0.5ml over the deltoid region.
•Cognitive impairment
•Hearing, vision loss or sensory motor loss
•Patient with peripheral nerve injuries
•Patients on analgesics or sedatives with central and peripheral effects
•Patients with multiple injuries/ severe trauma.
•Patients experiencing alterations in consciousness
•Patients with infection or injury at the site of injection
•Patients who received a previous intramuscular injection within the last 24 hours
•Patient who declined to give consent for th
