Inclusion Criteria
- •Children less than 5 years of age presenting with fever \> 100 F and coryza
- •Duration of symptoms less than or equal to 7 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known case of immunodeficiency states, orofacial or nasal malformations
- •Respiratory distress
- •Known history of epistaxis
- •Known case of bleeding diathesis
