入选标准
- •Acute anal fissure with complaints <6 weeks
- •Age group > 18 year
排除标准
- •Patient with chronic anal fissure.
- •Patient with multiple fissures.
- •Patients already on topical treatment.
- •Patient with internal haemorrhoid except grade 1.
- •Patients with perianal fistula & abscess.
- •Patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
- •Patients with immune deficiency; receiving oral immunosuppressive drugs or steroids.
- •Patients with anal stenosis.
- •Patients on oral anti-coagulants, or having ischemic heart disease.
- •Pregnant females.
- •Patient who donot give consent for the study.
