Inclusion Criteria
Biopsy proven cases of IRGN with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >2mg/dl) persisting for more than 2 weeks; no contradiction to medicine used in the trial; willingness to take part in study
Exclusion Criteria
Evidence of secondary GN ; Crescentic GN with more than 50% crescents; patients with untreated active infections; HBV, HCV and HIV infected patients
