入选标准
- •1. Playing chess for minimum of 6 months with good amount of experience with previous participatory certificate in any tournaments
- •2. Normal BMI
- •3. SCAT score > 17 (average or more level of anxiety)
排除标准
- •1. History of surgery or recent wound on the area to be intervened
- •2. Diabetic & any other systemic issues
- •3. Medications affecting ANS control
- •4. Pain at the area to be intervened
- •5. Skin related disease or hypersensitivity to skin
- •6. Habit of chronic smoking
- •7. Prolong practice of yoga/meditation.
