Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Playing chess for minimum of 6 months with good amount of experience with previous participatory certificate in any tournaments
- •2\. Normal BMI
- •3\. SCAT score \> 17 (average or more level of anxiety)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of surgery or recent wound on the area to be intervened
- •2\. Diabetic \& any other systemic issues
- •3\. Medications affecting ANS control
- •4\. Pain at the area to be intervened
- •5\. Skin related disease or hypersensitivity to skin
- •6\. Habit of chronic smoking
- •7\. Prolong practice of yoga/meditation.
