- •liver transplant recipients with a systemic vascular resistance index < 1700 dyne·s·cm-5·m-2, pulmonary vascular resistance index < 150 dyne·s·cm-5·m-2
排除标准
- •history of angina or myocardial infarction
- •evidence of cardiac decompensation
- •severe hemodynamic instability
- •preoperative vasopressor administration
- •primary renal dysfunction or hepatorenal syndrome
- •retransplantation
