Inclusion Criteria
- •healthy female and male volunteers, between 18 and 30 years old, Caucasians, BMI lower 30kg/m2, non-smoker, informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •current participation in an intervention study; smoker; Alcohol addiction; lack of Vitamin B12/ hemoglobin and high level of homocysteine; chronic diseases; known allergy or intolerance against tested food; pregnant and lactating women; blood donation in the last 3 months; regular medication;
