Inclusion Criteria
Married women above 18 years with regular menstrual cycle
Women presenting with abnormal vaginal discharge and/or associated with any of these symptoms such as pruritus vulvae, low backache, lower abdominal pain and dysuria
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant, lactating and unmarried women
Genital prolapse and unhealthy cervix
Suspected organic pelvic pathology
Patients with systemic and metabolic diseases
Patients with syphilis, gonorrhoea, HIV and malignancy
H/o OCP use and IUCD insertion within 3 months before enrolment
H/o antibiotic use within one month
