Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients with symptomatic grade 3 and
grade 4 haemorrhoids.
2)Age-18 years and older
3)Sex-Both males and females
Exclusion Criteria
1)Perianal sepsis
2)Inflammatory bowel disease
3)Colorectal malignancy
4)Pre-existing sphincter injury
5)Immunocompromised patients
6)Hypercoagulability disorders
7)Chronic liver disease
8)Portal hypertension
9)Patients who were unable to have
general or spinal anaesthetic
