Within-group analysis showed that the intervention group's cardiovascular risk, systolic blood pressure, and body mass index significantly changed. In addition, the number of non-smokers increased from 50.0% to 70.0% in the 3 months after the intervention. The intervention group's cardiovascular risk and systolic blood pressure at 1- and 3-month follow-ups were statistically different from those of the control group.

1. Being identified to be at elevated risk of CVDs. Those workers presenting for health risk appraisal with a risk of 10% or higher. Risk status will be determined by BMI-Based Framingham Risk Scores.
2. Being aged equal to or more than 20 years.
3. Being able to communicate in the Thai language.
4. Being willing to participate in this study.
5. Being contacted with the employer until the end of the 22-week measurement period.
1. Being pregnant;
2. Being diagnosed or treatment for cancer;
3. Any other considerations that make physical activity impossible.
