简要总结
Within-group analysis showed that the intervention group's cardiovascular risk, systolic blood pressure, and body mass index significantly changed. In addition, the number of non-smokers increased from 50.0% to 70.0% in the 3 months after the intervention. The intervention group's cardiovascular risk and systolic blood pressure at 1- and 3-month follow-ups were statistically different from those of the control group.
