Inclusion Criteria
1. Age more than 18 years old
2. AHI(apnea-hypopnea index) more than 5 times/hr from polysomnography
3. subjects agree to participate in this research
Exclusion Criteria
1. severe underlying disease
2. unstable underlying disease
3. subject refuse to use a positive airway pressure therapy
