Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- End stage renal disease defined by eGFR \< 15 ml/min/1\.73 m3 (KDIGO 2012\) and required long\-term hemodialysis
  • •\- Hemodialysis vintage more than 3 months
  • •\- Hemodialysis at least 2 sessions per week

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Active cardiac diseases (include acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmia)
  • •\- Sepsis/Septic shock
  • •\- Active malignancy
