入选标准
- •Age group between fifteen to sixty years of both sexes
- •Patient fulfilling DSM-5 criteria for insomnia with depressive disorders.
- •Patients with mild to moderate depressive disorders taking allopathic medications for
- •long period will be enrolled after a washout period of minimum of two weeks.
排除标准
- •Congenital diseases and seizure disorders
- •Any severe/ chronic psychiatric conditions
- •Patients with substance abuse, serious physical illness
- •Pregnant women
- •Patients with severe depressive disorders taking anti depressive mood stabilizers and sedatives for a prolonged period and continuing till date.
