Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals aged 18 years and above.
- •Those with a Cervicovertebral Angle (CVA) of 48 degrees or less, indicating a forward head posture.
- •People who can use a computer.
- •Participants who engage in activities with a minimum of 30 hours of sitting per week.
- •Individuals without chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
- •Those who have no prior experience using a standing desk and have a good understanding of the study's content and have provided their consent to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •individuals with limitations in their sitting and standing postures.
- •Those who have undergone neck or back surgery or have spinal conditions (e.g., compression fractures, infections), or neurological disorders.
- •Individuals who have experienced cardiovascular problems within the last 6 months.
- •Pregnant or planning to become pregnant individuals.
- •Individuals who do not consent to participate in this study.
